We send our goods to customers via Hermes courier, and aim to deliver items within four weeks of receiving orders from our customers (although it is likely that you will receive your order much sooner). We allow this length of time for delivery, to allow for any delays in receiving stock from our suppliers.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout stage of purchasing on our website.
All our goods need to be signed for upon receipt.
For your security we are not able to change the address that your order is being sent to; we will send your order to the delivery address that was stated when you initially placed your order.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as our goods need to be signed for upon receipt.
When delivering your Art on Attire™ parcel, Hermes will not leave your parcel in a safe place (such as in a shed, or with a neighbour of yours), as a signature will be required upon delivery of your goods.
A Hermes courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you would like to reschedule the delivery of your parcel for a preferable day or time, please utilise Hermes' web chat service to specify this, and they will do their best to accommodate what is a convenient time for you:
