BROOCH JEWELLERY REFUND POLICY:
For hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns of, and offer refunds for pierced jewellery (including our ceramic brooches).
T-SHIRT REFUND POLICY:
Art on Attire™ will refund any unused, unworn t-shirts that you are not completely happy with, when you return the item to us in saleable condition, by post, within 14 days of receiving your original order.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging, with all tags intact and still attached to them; i.e. t-shirts must still have their swing/ hang tags attached to them, be in the transparent protective bag they came in, and then ideally also in the waterproof protective polythene mail bag that they were delivered in too (or an alternative waterproof mail bag).
All returned items must be clean, with no stains and free from odour/ body odour.
All goods will be inspected upon their return to us, and the issuing of refunds is dependent on items being returned to us in good condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsaleable condition, we would have to send it back to you and no refund would be issued.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that the goods are packed up properly, and cannot be damaged on the way to us.
If customers keep our goods, we are not able to issue a refund for goods unless the goods are returned to us.
We are not responsible for any items that may be returned to us by mistake.
THE CARD WE REFUND PAYMENTS TO:
Refunds will be credited to the payment method that you used to place your original order.
If the card you used to place your original order is no longer in use, your refund will still go to the card account that the expired card belongs to, as long as the card account is still open.
When a card is lost or cancelled, we can still refund the account that the card belongs to.
If you are not able to see your refund 10 working days after we completed it, please get in touch with us.
We are not able to refund your order to a different card.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME FRAME:
We aim to refund returns within one month of them reaching us (please note that this does not include your bank's processing time). We will email you to notify you that we have received your parcel, and to notify you that we are processing your refund.
Upon us issuing your refund, in the UK it usually takes up to 5 days for the refund to be displayed on your bank statement, depending on your payment method issuer.
We will refund the price you purchased your item at (this includes sale items).

Along with the items you are returning to be refunded, please include a note that details your refund request. You can print and enclose the following refund return note found on our website:
When filled out by yourself, the refund return note on our website includes all the information we need to process your refund. Please ensure that the form is completed using block capitals that are easily read.
If you would like to make and enclose your own refund return note with your return(s), please provide the following information on the note:
-Your order number
-Which item(s) you are returning for a refund (name of item(s) and product code(s)
-A short explanation of why you are returning the goods
-Your email address
-Your telephone number
(Please ensure that this written information that you supply is in block capitals, clear, legible and can be easily read).
If posting items back to us, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage (which you can do free of charge from any Royal Mail post office, at the time when you hand them your parcel - just ask them for a 'proof of postage' receipt for your parcel). This is so that, if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you'll have proof that you sent it. Please keep the receipt safe for your reference.
COST OF POSTING ITEMS BACK TO US FOR A REFUND:
Customers are required to post items back to us (that they want refunded) at their own cost. As a guide, posting one t-shirt within the UK costs about £1.32.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF REFUND:
We will send you an email as soon as we've received your returned good(s) and are processing the return.
We are unable to offer an exchange on returned items, and all returned items (returned in satisfactory condition) will be refunded once they have been received by us. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.
